Product code: D-PEDAL-BABY-100 | ID: 297299
The Pedal Baby 100 is a 100W Class A/B power amplifier, designed for the touring musician. Neutral-sounding but still flattering, it’s perfect for guitarists running pedal boards, modellers or digital processors. Class A/B amps have a certain “feel” that you can’t get any other way. The Pedal Baby 100 gives guitarists back the dynamics, punch and natural sound that is missing in modern power amps. Plus, Class A/B amps produce real power through standard guitar cabs; 100W into 8 ohms and 70W into 16 Ohms, to be precise.

Vytáhl jsem zvuk z Kempera a šel do 4x12 boxu. Když jsem dal místo zesíku lampáč, hrálo to líp. Možná otázka, zda není lepší jít do FRFR boxu.
If I have to highlight something, it's that the amplifier is very loud. I read all sorts of rave reviews so I expected to sit on my ass. The sound is quite sterile for me and it is necessary to tighten the corrections. Some may call it transparent. I pulled the sound out of the Kemper and went into the 4x12 box. When I put a lantern instead of a zesik, it played better. A possible question is whether it is better to go to the FRFR box. For me, it is better to use it for monitoring purposes. It makes disturbing noises in the box when it is turned on and off. I had hafo transistor amps but none did anything like this. It may vary from piece to piece.

Pokud hledáš cestu, jak spojit digitální modeler s klasickou kytarovou bednou, tak "This Is The Way". Používám s Quad Cortexem, ze kterého jde jedna linka zvukaři (s IRkem pořádné bedny) a druhá cesta s vypnutým IRkem do Pedal Baby, z něj pak dál do Coffee Cabs Latté 2x12 s V30+ Creamback.

I use a Mooer Micro Preamp 05 on my pedalboard and needed a power amp solution that could be easy to bring to different gigs and that could be easily adjusted to different monitors without losing sound quality. So far I've been testing the Orange Pedal Baby 100 with my band on our rehearsals and I've overwhelmed by the performance and sound. I can easily adjust the amp to different monitors in the rehearsal studio and keep my sound almost the same with different monitors. In terms of performance, the amp has plenty of power for rehearsal and live gigs. I play on a metal band and even in rehearsal we tend to play loud and the Orange does the job with no problems. The only thing I miss on the amp is an option for 4ohms monitors but not a big issue for the needs I have.
