Electric guitar is entry level model of the X Series, the X100 features the same slick and fast playability of the higher-end X Series models with Meranti body wood and hard rock Maple neck, Jatoba for fretboard with 400mm(15. 75”) radius, two high output humbucker pickups, and 6-point tremolo system. The Meranti body has similar tonal characteristics to Mahogany with a strong mid-midrange that will cut through the mix with authority for rhythm while providing sweet highs for singing leads. The Powersound PSEG-1F & PSEG-1R (H-H) pickups provide classic humbucker punch and tone with a quality/value quotient that cannot be beat. The vintage style 6-screw tremolo bridge transfers more of the strings’ vibrational energy into the body of the guitar for greater acoustic resonance while providing excellent tuning stability. Both comfort and appearance was enhanced with an elegantly contoured arm cut on the top. This modification to the body has been carefully laid out on the bodies of the X guitars for maximum comfort without removing unnecessary amounts of wood. The lines of the X body are graceful for aesthetic beauty as well as for ergonomic considerations. The hard maple neck provides strength and stability while delivering a defined and punchy sound that mates well with virtually any type of body and fretboard woods. Jatoba is a very dense and stiff wood that makes it ideal for the fretboard usage. Jatoba produces strong fundamentals and volume projection with an emphasis on the high-mids. The humbucker-humbucker configuration means that the guitar is equipped with two humbucker pickups. It offers a powerful, full sound with high output and low noise, ideal for rock and metal.
Jatoba is a hardwood with a warm, reddish tone that produces a bright, articulate sound with good response. The Jatoba fingerboard is valued for its durability and strength, while providing a smooth and stable feel. It is an affordable alternative to more expensive woods that still provides a quality sound and attractive appearance.
The Superstrat is a type of electric guitar based on the design of the Stratocaster, but modified for a more aggressive style of playing, especially in the hard rock and metal genres. It has a solid body, often with powerful humbucker pickups for a more powerful and distorted sound. Superstrat guitars often have an improved tremolo system (like the Floyd Rose) and a faster neck for technical playing. This type of guitar is designed for the modern guitarist who demands more versatility and performance.
Meranti is a medium-weight wood that produces a warm and balanced tone with soft bass and rounded mids. It has similar characteristics to mahogany, but is slightly lighter. Because of its affordability and good tonal characteristics, it is used in guitars as an alternative to more expensive woods, providing solid sustain and resonance.
Maple is known for its strength and stability, making it ideal for necks that need to resist bending and warping.
