I bought this Behringer multi-effect in an open package, so I didn't care that the box was damaged. However, the potentiometer of the effect changer was given an incorrectly marked cap at the factory, so it is not visible which effect I have selected. No problem, I reapplied. However, due to the torn packaging, the dealer had to see this as well, but in addition to the torn packaging, this defect was not included in the description. Incomprehensible. Since the pedal is otherwise flawless and I have several pedals of this brand, I have no major problems with the pedal despite all this, but due to the lack of description, I cannot give it more than 2 stars.
